HOW TO LIVE A POSITIVE AND SUCCESSFUL LIFE

If human opinion is of first importance in every of your attempt, I doubt if you would ever make a progress. Have it in mind that people will always have their views from different angles irrespective of what you do. They will always have a say, come what may, you can never please everyone.

More reason I would like to advise you not to live your life to please people, if you want to live a positive and successful life, most a time people will take you for granted, making several attempts to manipulate and plan your life for you. In the end, they sympathize with you due to the result of their efforts or worse still leave you to your fate and yet take the blame on you.

You ever heard of self-slavery? This is exactly what happens when all your efforts are always seated on people's interests, you end up hurting yourself and worst of all go against Allah's will at some instances.

Often times, we forget that what we need is different from what we want, while trying to please the world we chase what we want while forgetting what we need. We focus on those ahead and neglecting those behind; we kept counting our failures while overlooking our blessings and achievements. No wonder we are yet to take a step forward.

The Almighty gave you legs that are perfectly fine, yet you lament and blame him for not providing you with a car which could probably be a shortcut to your grave! Do you know how many people out there in a car who would wish to walk on their feet freely and perfectly than you do, but then, He deprived them of that favor. Be thankful and take a glance back.

We spend our life thinking about what people will say and in the end they sure will say 'إنالله وانااليه راجعون' 'Verily, to Allah we belong and unto Him is our return'

 After all, what is the essence? Why not live to please Allah and fulfill your desires? Remember you only have this one life to live, if it is worth living at all, do live it well. Once this life is gone, it's gone! Just like the day before, it can never be recovered no matter what and guess what? Your effort in this world determines your fate in the life to come. Fortunately, and unfortunately, you would be responsible for your own actions. If you would be requested to go get your reward from the one for whose sake you did yours. Surely, what favor would a prisoner on prosecution render a prime suspect? Everyone will have his own cross to bear.

Actually, we long for what other people have, we ponder on their lifestyle and comfortability and we be like 'Oh! How I wish '. But, do you know that you shouldn't wish for less than Allah has in stock for you. Just maybe what you were longing after could cause you to fall in a deep pit filled with misery and regrets. Surely, Allah is the best of planners and be sure to believe in His plans for you for He has said 'that you may wish for something but which is bad for you and you could detest something but which is good for you. Everyone has his own destiny destined in such a way that especially suits him. Maa Shaa Allah!!!

There we go, biting more than we can chew all in the name of pleasing the world's interest.
May the Almighty ease our hurdles and set our affairs in order, make His Deen the easiest for us and His will our command. Aameen

The proscription of the use of veils is normally done through rules made in those institutions.
