About Us
The Mind Builders is the brainchild of Yusuff Ademola Adesina who is a graduate of Psychology and presently pursuing the Degree of (Doctor of Optometry) at Bayero University Kano. The team consists of members who are university graduates and undergraduates studying in different fields of education.

Mission: The mission of the team is to:  
➢ Engage and develop diverse young people to positively impact the world.   
➢ Promote open youth-to-youth communication. 
➢ Enhance leadership development among young people.  
➢ Foster multicultural bridge building.   
➢ Empower youth with self-actualization skills.  
Execution of Mission: The team will engage in different activities to attain its mission. These activities, however, are categorized into two: short-term and long-term execution plans.    
Short-Term Execution   
➢ Writing articles related to youth development by interested volunteer writers.   
➢ Periodic online coalition meeting to explore educational, professional, leadership, and cultural (sexual, drugs, gambling) issues, and other pressing challenges facing the youth.   
➢ Organizing general annual online seminar to teach soft skills. 
Long-Term Execution   
➢  Establishing an ‘offline’ foundation executing the mission of the team.  
➢ Organizing conferences across higher institutions to help youth identify their challenges and how to become productive and successful persons with their skills and within their field of study.
➢ Collaborating with other teams that share the same mission towards youth development.   
Focused Areas:  
➢ Communication Skills: Writing and Public speaking   
➢ Human Resources: Professional Development, Time Management, Creativity…  
➢ Career Opportunities: Internship, Mentorship and Scholarship.
➢ IT Skills
